Q: How can I get the ball rolling and get a quote?

All it takes is a phone call, a website request, or an email to get you started. We will get back to you right away to set up an appointment with one of our experts and get you your free estimate as soon as we can. As every project is different, we do not offer “ballpark quotes” over the phone or email, and a site visit is required for all projects. From there, all you need to do is sit back, relax and let us transform your yard into a dream outdoor living space.

Q: Do I need to get helical piles, screw piles, concrete piles, or what does my new deck sit on?

Every component of your new deck is important to the overall construction, and the footings are no exception. All of our deck projects meet and/or exceed local building codes and whichever pile type is required to support the load of the deck is what we will recommend and use. That being said, all communities or areas have differing soil/ground conditions, and in some areas, helical or screw piles are recommended as they can bore deeper underground, further below unstable earth, or deep frost lines, and eliminate any heaving or movement, as opposed to our standard 48” deep concrete piles.

Q: What is the difference between wood and composite/PVC decking?

Wood decking can make for a beautifully finished deck at a lower price point. However, our climate is hard on exposed wood and upkeep, such as sanding and staining, is required to keep your deck looking great for the duration of its life. Whereas composite and PVC decking requires minimal upkeep aside from spring cleaning and will remain in new condition for the duration of its life.

Q: How long will my job take?

Every job is different and may require a few different steps to complete. Every job we undertake is completed fully and in a timely manner. Our carpenter’s speed and precision never ceases to amaze customers time and time again.
